Tea, coffee, water? Of course. Champagne? Bien sûr. In some stores we pour a little fizz to help you celebrate your new specs in style. It’s glasses made glamorous. Any judgement for asking to try on 17 pairs? Absolutely not.

Step 2: The eye test, but chill

Need an updated prescription? Our in-store opticians are fully qualified, fully lovely and armed with the latest tech.  You won’t be rushed. You will feel taken care of. And if you’ve got questions (like ‘Why do my eyes feel tired at 4pm?’ or ‘Do I really need progressive lenses or is this just a cruel trick?’) they’ll give you honest, helpful answers, not a sales pitch.

And if you already have a prescription, even better. Bring it in and we’ll get straight to the fun part.

Step 3: Try-on time (a.k.a. the fashion show)

Here’s where the magic happens. You’re surrounded by our full collection of frames – all designed in-house, crafted with sustainable materials and bursting with style.

You can try on as many as you like. Pose. Do that head-tilt thing in the mirror. Ask your mate. Ask a stylist. Ask a stranger if you like. We’re not here to rush you into something beige and forgettable. We want to help you find the one: the frame that makes you say Ooh that’s me!

Step 4: The easy-to-understand pricing

Here’s something refreshing: bloobloom pricing is crystal clear and pleasantly free of small print. Yes, some prescriptions and lens options might add a little to the total, but we’ll always be upfront about what you’re getting and why it matters. No surprise fees. No optician-style upselling. Just honest guidance and complete transparency from start to finish.

Once your frames are made (with care, precision and a little love), we’ll either ship them to your door or let you know they’re ready to collect in-store. They’ll arrive in packaging as stylish as it is sustainable and if something’s not quite right, we’ll fix it. Free of charge. That’s our 30-day free return and exchange promise. Because we get it – sometimes love needs a second try.
